In case of any defect in any of our products, we will replace the product within 1-2 weeks without any delivery fee.
In the case of custom-made hampers, the order takes a minimum of 3 weeks to be curated.

Shipping Policy

1. Standard delivery time is 6-7 working days if the products are ready.

2. Customised orders have different delivery time, depending on the order size and type of products selected.

3. We have our delivery partners, but if you want any particular delivery service, then we can arrange that too.

4. Delivery fee is on actuals or location dependant.

1. Any order can be cancelled before it has been dispatched. The payment will be refunded to you in 6-7 working days.

2. Any order once dispatched, won't be cancelled and no refund will be provided for that.
